The package is also suited to Landlords who prefer to have little involvement in the day-to-day management of their portfolio, or who are too busy with other aspects of their life.
The Rent Guaranteed service is designed for Landlords who are seeking to reduce the risk on their investment and are looking for quick dividends. The Iris Homes Rent Gauranteed Scheme offers an annual income with little or no involvement from the Landlord.
