Iris Homes understands that not all landlords are UK based hence they rely and entrust Iris Homes with their properties. We from the off know exactly what kind of service an overseas landlord requires and Iris Homes caters from their needs.

We have an understanding of what we can and can not undertake without prior consent but we still always communicate with landlords abroad and providing them with updates and feedback whether phone based or via email.

Not only do we manage the property the same ways as UK based landlords, overseas landlords receive the exact same level or professionalism and care, just because they are not in front of us doesn't mean we can be more relaxed.

With more and more landlords either investing in our local area from aboard or landlords holidaying or moving aboard we can still communicate and give them a service they will be please with.
